PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMES
We will do everything we can to ship in-stock items to you within 24 hours of order receipt. Transit times refer to business days; weekends and holidays are NOT included in this calculation.
Any items that are shipping directly from our warehouses or are back ordered will be shipped to you within 10 business days. If this is not possible you will be contacted by a Chinook Glass & Screen Ltda. staff member to inform you of time frames, plan of attack, etc.
NOTE: It is possible that some items will ship separately depending on availability

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
We work with our fulfillment partners to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your item(s). Unfortunately, there is a rare occurrence where packages and/or items are damaged in shipping. If you do happen to receive an item that is damaged, please do the following:
- Accept the package
- Take photos of the damaged packaging BEFORE opening if at all possible.
- Take photos of any damage to the item(s)
- Email us immediately at info@chinookglass.com with the images and a description of the damages.
From there we will process the request and will reply promptly with the next steps.
